The company behind Niuk, Pomponette, guarantees the product against any manufacturing, material, or functional defects appearing under normal conditions of use for a period of ten (10) years from the date of purchase. Any product recognized as defective will be repaired or replaced free of charge, including parts and labor, upon presentation of proof of purchase.
How to benefit from it
Keep your proof of purchase. In the event of a functional defect, contact our after-sales service at niukofficiel@gmail.com describing the problem encountered; we will arrange for the repair or replacement.
Your legal guarantees
Independently of the commercial warranty, you always benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (two years from delivery, articles L217-3 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).
What the warranty does not cover
Excluded from the warranty are damages resulting from misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, normal wear and tear, or maintenance not in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
